FAQ

How long will my order take to get to me?

We typically aim to ship within 3 days of your order and from there it will take an additional 3-5 days to arrive depending on shipping method and where you live. We ship from Dallas Texas.  If there is a delay in your order we will contact you to discuss shipping times.

 

I need my order fast, can you rush ship?

At this time we do not offer rush shipping but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Please call us at  469-213-8592 to see if we can process and ship your order quicker.

 

I received my order and it doesn't fit, I want to return it. How do I do this?

Please contact us and we will issue you a return authorization.  At this time we offer exchanges only and only for items in new condition.  

 

My shoes broke, it's only been 2 months (or whatever time) can I get another pair or a refund?

No.  Shoes can break for many reasons and 99% of them are the customers fault.  Rocking on your heels, banging them together, falling in them, leaving them in a hot car for extended periods of time can lead to them breaking.  We cannot be responsible for how they are treated or worn. These are DANCE shoes, they are danced in and because of this we cannot make any guarantees.  If you receive a defective pair and they are in brand new condition you can exchange them or receive a store credit.  We do inspect every pair before leaving our facility to ensure you are receiving quality goods. 

 

Why are you prices different on the web than in your store?

We must adhere to certain pricing on items that are sold/advertised on the web, this is enforced by manufacturers, not us.  We can offer more flexibility on some items in the store but strive to give you the best price possible whether on the web or at the store.
